배저 미터(Badger Meter)는 1월 3일(현지시각) 텔로그(Telog) 브랜드의 원격 측정 장치(Remote Telemetry Units, RTUs) 및 트림블 통합 원격 모니터링 소프트웨어(Trimble Unity Remote Monitoring Software)를 포함한 원격 수질 모니터링 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 트림블(Trimble)로부터 인수했다고 발표했다.

이번 인수는 물, 폐수, 빗물, 환경용수 모니터링 분야의 애플리케이션(앱)을 위한 분산 데이터 수집을 목표로 하는 실시간 모니터링 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 제공한다.

Milwaukee, WI, January 3, 2024 – Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today announced that it has acquired select remote water monitoring hardware and software from Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB), inclusive of the Telog brand of RTUs (remote telemetry units) and Trimble Unity Remote Monitoring software.

The acquisition provides real-time monitoring hardware and software targeted at distributed data collection for applications in water, wastewater, stormwater and environmental water monitoring.
