아쿠아리우스 스펙트럼(Aquarius Spectrum)은 소리로 수도관 내 누수를 감지할 수 있는 센서인 iQ100B를 출시했다고 밝혔다. 

iQ100B는 등록된 오디오 스피커(로컬 스피커 또는 무선 헤드셋)를 이용해 실시간으로 수도관 내 소리를 녹음한다. 녹음된 오디도 샘플은 AQS-SYS 포털의 지정된 모듈에 업로드, 조회 및 분석이 가능하며, 심층 분석을 위해 AQS 클라우드로 전송된다. AQS 클라우드에서는 오디오를 누수 또는 누수 없음으로 분류한다.

함께 제공되는 앱은 누수 감지 팀에 배관망, 수도시스템의 세부 정보를 포함해 물인프라에 대한 정보를 제공하며, 경보, 센서 데이터 및 경보 정보를 한 화면에 표시한다.

iQ100B는 특별한 기능과 독특한 디자인이 더해져 정기적인 누수 조사를 수행함으로써 작동 중에 휴대폰을 들고 있을 필요가 없어 더욱 간단하고 정확해졌다. 오디오의 기본 분석은 모바일 애플리케이션에 제공되며, 셀룰러 서비스 범위 밖에서도 조사를 실행할 수 있다.

iQ100B는 안전, 무선 및 환경 표준(UL94, CE/FCC, IP68)을 충족하는 견고한 IP68 플라스틱 인클로저로 제공된다. 내부 충전식 배터리는 재충전 사이에 전체 조사일 5일 동안 지속될 수 있는 용량을 가지고 있다(평균 조사 시간은 8시간/일). RGB LED 표시기는 색상과 순서별로 작동 상태를 시각적으로 나타낸다.

켄트 쉬(Kent XU) 에버글로스(Evergloss Pte Ltd)의 총 관리자는 "iQ100B는 누수가 의심스러운 관심 지점을 식별하고 위치를 파악할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 기술자를 교육하는 데도 도움이 된다"며 "현재 우리는 전날의 누수 조사를 검토하고 녹음된 모든 오디오를 사무실에서 편안하게 재생 및 분석할 수 있다"고 평가했다.

Aquarius Spectrum Introduces: iQ100B

An Innovative Wireless Acoustic Sensor for Leak Survey and Detection in Municipal Water Supply Networks

Aquarius Spectrum, a leading provider of acoustic AI driven solutions for early detection of water leakages and NRW (non-revenue water) reduction in municipal distribution networks, announces the release of iQ100B - A new wireless acoustic sensor which enable listening to the pipe, performing leak survey and identifying leaks. It seamlessly connects to the AQS cloud via a user-friendly Android or iOS mobile application on your smartphone or tablet.

The iQ100B enables hearing the audio recording in real time using the registered audio speaker (the local speaker or a wireless headset). Collected samples can be uploaded, viewed, and analyzed in a designated module in AQS-SYS portal. The recorded audio is sent to the AQS cloud for in-depth analysis, which classifies the audio as Leak/No-Leak, reducing dramatically the effort of the back-office man-in-the-loop.

The accompanying app provides leak detection teams with complete information about the water infrastructure, including pipeline maps, accessories, and details of the entire utility water systems. It displays alerts, sensor data, and alert information on a single screen.

Due to its special capabilities and unique design - The iQ100B significantly improves the whole experience of performing periodic water leak surveys and makes it simpler and more accurate while there is no need to hold the mobile phone during operation. Basic analysis of the audio is presented in the mobile application. It also allows to execute surveys in locations that are without cellular coverage.

The iQ100B comes in a robust IP68 rigid plastic enclosure, meeting the safety, radio, and environmental standards (UL94, CE/FCC, IP68). The internal rechargeable battery has the capacity to last for 5 complete survey days between recharging (with an average survey of 8 hours/day). A RGB LED indicator visually indicates states of operation by color and sequence.
