고도 정수 및 폐수 처리를 위한 글로벌 솔루션 제공업체인 그래디언트(Gradiant)는 지난 10월 2일 H+E 그룹(Hager+Elsässer)을 인수했다고 밝혔다. 이번 인수를 계기로 그래디언트는 반도체 부문에 최첨단 솔루션을 제공하겠다는 의지를 강조하고, 유럽 시장에 처음으로 진출하게 된다.

H+E 그룹의 반도체 및 공업용수 분야의 전문 지식과 그래디언트의 광범위한 엔드투엔드 수처리 솔루션 제품군을 결합함으로써 그래디언트는 반도체 제조업체가 직면한 과제를 해결하기 위한 혁신적이고 맞춤화된 솔루션을 제공할 것이다. H+E 그룹의 100년이 넘는 오랜 역사와 3만 개의 광범위한 레퍼런스 설치는 고품질 수처리 솔루션을 성공적으로 제공한 실적을 보여준다. 이번 인수를 통해 그래디언트는 이러한 성과를 활용하고, 나아가 글로벌 반도체 및 공업용수 시장을 위한 수처리 솔루션 분야의 선두주자로 자리매김할 것이다.

The announcement is part of a larger transaction where SGF I and II has sold a majority stake in Aquarion, a Swiss-based industrial water and wastewater treatment company that provides end-to-end solutions to the industrial sector, including semiconductor, energy, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
