▶Status:
-Arkad-ABB submitted the lowest bids in early March 2019 and won a contract on 4/4/2019.
-Arkad Group completed its acquisition of Swiss ABB’s EPC unit in December 2018, to form Arkad-ABB.
-They offered to build the pipeline by the end of 2020 for $1.23b or build by the end of 2019 for $1.44b.
-Bonatti/Max Streicher/TMK group offered to build for $1.89b by the end of 2020, or for $2.69bn by 2019-end.
-The third bidder, MOL did not meet the tender requirements, and was disqualified.

불가리아 국영가스회사인 불가트랜스가즈(Bulgartransgaz)가 발주하는 가스파이프라인 프로젝트의 EPC입찰이 3월 초에 마감된 가운데, 아카드(Arkad)-ABB가 최저가를 제출하면서 지난 4월 4일 수주에 성공했다. 최종 결정은 4월 중순에 발표될 예정이다.

사우디의 아카드그룹은 지난 2018년 12월 스위스 ABB의 EPC부문을 인수합병하였으며, 새로운 회사명은 아카드-ABB로, 본사는 이탈리아의 밀라노에 두고 있다.

이 프로젝트는 터키 남부국경지대에서 세르비아 서부 국경지대까지 연결하는 474킬로미터의 파이프라인을 건설하는 사업이다.

아카드/ABB 컨소시엄은 이번 입찰에서 2020년말까지 완공할 시 12.3억 달러, 2019년말까지 완공할 경우 14억4천만 달러의 최저가를 제출한 바 있다.

2위는 이탈리아 보나띠(Bonatti)/독일 맥스 슈트라이허(Max Streicher)/러시아 TMK의 컨소시엄으로 2020년말 완공시 18억9천만 달러, 2019년말 완공시 26억9천만 달러를 제출했다. 헝가리의 MOL은 입찰 조건을 맞추지 못해 탈락했다.
