[Cambi] 베이징에서 이중 타격 슬러지 처리 계약

베이징 배수 시공업체가 지난 9월 체결한 첫 번째 계약에 이어 열가수분해공정(THP) 사용에 대한 두 번째 계약을 수주했다. Xiaohongmen 하수처리 플랜트(WWTP)에 대한 이 계약은 Gaobeidian WWTP에 대한 Cambi사에 최근 수주한 계약의 후속이다.

2백만 명의 주민들에게 서비스하는 Xiaoghongmen은 베이징에서 두 번째로 큰 WWTP로, 베이징 배수그룹이 소유·운영하고 있다.

베이징 배수그룹은 향상된 슬러지 처리를 위해 이 THP공정을 Xiaohongmen WWTP에 설치된 다섯 개의 달걀 모양 침지기를 업그레이드 하는 데에 사용할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

Double-whammy sludge treatment contract for Cambi in Beijing
 
Beijing Drainage Construction Company has awarded a second contract for the use of Thermal Hydrolysis Process (THP), following an initial contract awarded in September.
 
The contract at Xiaohongmen Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) follows the recent contract award to Cambi for Gaobeidian WWTP, Beijing’s largest (see WWi article).
 
Serving two million people, Xiaoghongmen is Beijing’s second largest wastewater treatment plant and is owned and operated by the Beijing Drainage Group.
 
Beijing Drainage Group will use the THP process to upgrade the Xiaohongmen WWTP’s five large egg-shaped digesters to advanced sludge treatment. The digesters are currently used to treat primary sludge only, with the secondary sludge treated by lime stabilization.
 
Now the full sludge amount will be treated in Cambi THP with subsequent advanced digestion in the existing digesters. The final dewatered cake will be used for land application.
 
The surplus biogas produced will be used in the digestion project for heat and green electricity for use in the WWTP plant.
