[핀란드] 발멧, 오울루 하·폐수처리장에 자동화 및 고형물 측정 제공
멧(Valmet)은 핀란드 오울루(Oulu)에 위치한 오울루 수도사업소(Oulu Waterworks)의 타실라(Taskila) 하·폐수처리장에 자동화 시스템 증설과 고형물 측정기를 공급할 예정이다.
최신 하·폐수처리 솔루션을 사용하면 슬러지를 안정화시키고 보다 효율적으로 처리할 수 있으며 향후 환경기준도 충족할 수 있다.
이 주문은 2020년 1분기 발멧(Valmet)이 받은 주문에 포함됐다. 주문은 2020년 하반기, 커미셔닝은 2021년 1분기에 이뤄진다. 주문의 가치는 공개되지 않는다.
오울루 수도사업소(Oulu Waterworks)의 운영 매니저인 자모 라티넨(Jarmo Lahtinen)은 "발멧과의 협업이 이번 프로젝트에서나 그 이전에도 순조로웠다. 현재 타스틸라(Taskila)의 슬러지 처리시설은 20년 운영 끝에 라이프사이클이 끝났다"고 말했다.

또한 전달에는 자동화 애플리케이션 및 계측기의 현장 엔지니어링, 공장 인수 시험, 자동화 시스템 설치, 커미셔닝 및 교육이 포함된다.

Valmet To Supply Automation And Solids Measurements To Oulu Waterworks' Wastewater Treatment Plant In Finland
Valmet will supply automation system extension and solids measurements to Oulu Waterworks’ Taskila wastewater treatment plant located in Oulu, Finland.
With modern wastewater treatment solutions, the plant can stabilize the sludge and treat it more efficiently and meet the environmental criteria also in the future.
The order was included in Valmet’s orders received of the first quarter 2020. The order will be delivered during the second half of 2020 and the commissioning will be in the first quarter of 2021. The value of the order is not disclosed.

Valmet's delivery includes an extension and upgrades to the existing Valmet DNA automation and information management system, Valmet Total Solids Measurements (Valmet TS), Valmet Low Solids Measurements (Valmet LS), and Valmet Dry Solids Measurements (Valmet DS).
Additionally, the delivery includes field engineering of the automation application and instrumentation, factory acceptance testing, automation system installation, commissioning, and training.
