[유럽] 스웨덴 알고왓, 지하수 정화 및 산업용 액체 폐기물처리장 가동

스웨덴 스톡홀름 증권거래소의 나스닥 제1차 북성장 시장(NASDAQ First North Growth Market)에 상장된 클린테크(cleantech)와 스마트 이노베이션 분야에서 활동하고 있는 지주회사이자 최초의 이탈리아 회사인 이탈리아프 스파는 보르사 이탈리아나(Borsa Italiana's)의 전자증권거래소(MTA)에 상장된 자회사 알고왓(algoWatt)을 발표한다.
움부리아(Umbria)주 네라 몬토로(Nera Montoro: TR)에 있는 산업용 액상 폐기물 처리 및 지하수 정화처리장의 소유주인 알고왓(algoWatt)와 ATP 프로젝트 사이의 JV인 Pured 처리장을 가동한다.
총 투자액 약 900만 유로로 이 플랫폼의 스타트업은, 예상과 같이 녹색 및 순환경제 분야에서 선도적인 이탈리아 및 국제 투자자와의 파트너십의 통합을 통해서도 한계 자원 회수 공장의 자산 관리 향상을 목표로 하는 알고왓(algoWatt)의 목표를 확인한다.
알고왓(algoWatt)의 스테파노 네리(Stefano Neri) 회장 겸 CEO는 "알고왓(algoWatt)를 발원한 테르니에네르기아(TerniEnergia)와 소프테코(Softeco)가 합병하기 전에 우리가 직접 설정한 산업 목표에 맞춰 투영하고 시작한 혁신적인 공장을 가동했다"라고 말했다.
스테파노 네리(Stefano Neri) 회장은 이어 "이번 공장 시운전을 통해 경제·재정적·전략적 가치를 지닌 통합플랫폼(액체폐기물, FORSU의 바이오화·퇴비화, 수명말기 타이어 처리)을 대표하는 네라몬토로(TR) 움브리아 그린산업 공장의 설비가 완성됐다"고 덧붙였다.
사실상 환경산업 전용 산업지역으로, 자원회복을 위한 이탈리아 시장과 관련해 이변적인 것으로, '녹색·순환경제 전문기업'에 대한 강한 어필이 특징이다.
ATP 스롤(Srl)의 피에루이지 루폴리(Pierluigi Ruopoli)의 전무이사는 "네라 몬토로와 같은 복잡하고 연결성이 있는 공장의 건설과 후속 관리 단계에서 우리의 파트너십은 특히 우리의 기술력 향상과 정교화 분야에서 중요한 기회를 나타낸다"고 말했다.
그는 이어 "알고왓과의 관계를 통해 우리는 공장 경영에 있어 매우 관련성이 높은 디지털 및 기술 혁신을 도입하고 액상 폐기물 처리 시장에 환경 지속가능성과 운영 효율성에 초점을 맞춘 플랫폼을 제공할 수 있을 것이다"이라고 덧붙였다.
■ 정화처리장(The Purify plant)
움부리아(Umbria) 지역이 승인한 새로운 식물 플랫폼은 두 가지 다른 처리 라인을 통합한다.
첫째, 지하수 정화(TAF); 프레퀴드(Purify)는 테르니(Terni)주 네라 몬토로(Nera Montoro) 현장의 교정조치 사업의 지역 요건에 따라 지하수 처리를 연간 총 43만8천 입방미터(㎥) 규모로 관리한다.
이번 개편에는 화학물리학 및 생물학식물이 참여했으며, 처리수의 배수를 위한 48개의 우물, 네라 몬토로 산업현장의 물 테이블을 제어하기 위해 배치된 95개의 피에조계로 구성된 감시시스템이 총 50㎥/h의 처리를 위해 투입되었다.
둘째, 산산업용 액체 폐기물 (TRL) 처리; 이 섹션은 2개의 공정 라인을 포함하는 5만8천 톤 /년 용량의 액체 폐기물 처리 전용 섹션이다. (a) 아질산염, 질산염 및 암모니아 성 질소 제거를 위해 활성화된 슬러지를 이용한 생물학적 처리 및 (b) 최고 농도의 오염 물질로 물을 정화하기 위해 2개의 3단계 진공증발기(각각 2천500 리터/시간)를 사용하여 부유 또는 증발에 의한 화학적-물리적 처리이다.
■ 경쟁 환경(The competitive environment)
정화(Purify) 플랜트 플랫폼은 산업용 액상 폐기물 처리 수요가 많은 지역에서 운영된다. 초국가적·지역적 맥락에 대처함으로써, 환경자원의 개선과 올바른 처리를 활동의 대상으로 삼는 기업들에게 이상적인 답을 제공할 수 있다.
유사한 처리장이 존재하지 않는 지역인 움브리아만 놓고 볼 때, 이 회사들의 MUD를 분석한 결과 액상 폐기물 처리 수요가 공인된 정수 용량의 2배를 초과하는 것으로 나타났다.
라치오(Lazio), 투스카니(Tuscany), 마르체(Marche), 아브루초(Abruzzo) 등의 인접 지역에서 운용되고 있는 공장들은 정화 플랫폼의 모든 공정 라인을 갖추고 있지 않다.
이 유역 지역은 또한 고속도로 출구의 근접성을 고려했을 때, 특히 남쪽을 향해 300∼400km의 거리까지 확장될 수 있어, 이탈리아 중남부 지역의 상당한 처리장 공백을 메울 수 있다.

Italeaf SpA, holding company and first Italian company builder active in the cleantech and smart innovation sectors, listed on the NASDAQ First North Growth Market of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, announces that the subsidiary algoWatt, GreenTech Solutions company listed on Borsa Italiana's electronic stock exchange (MTA) announces that, today has put into operation the plant Purify, a JV between algoWatt and ATP Project and Constructions Srl, owner of industrial fluid waste treatment and groundwater remediation plants in Nera Montoro (TR), Umbria.
The start-up of the platform, which involved a total investment of approximately Euro 9 million, confirms the goal of algoWatt aimed at enhancing the asset management of marginal resource recovery plants, also through the consolidation of partnerships with leading Italian and international investors in the green and circular economy sector, as envisaged in the Group's Recovery and Relaunch Plan.
AlgoWatt's Chairman and CEO, Stefano Neri, said:
"We put into operation an innovative plant, projected and started before the merger between TerniEnergia and Softeco, which originated algoWatt, in line with the industrial targets we had set ourselves."

The Purify plant
The new plant platform, authorized by the Umbria Region, integrates two different treatment lines:
1.Groundwater remediation (TAF). Purify manages the groundwater treatment, in compliance with the regional requirements of the remediation project of the Nera Montoro site, in the province of Terni, for a total capacity of 438,000 cubic meters per year.
The revamping involved the chemical-physical and biological plants, a complex system consisting of 48 wells for the drainage of treated water and a monitoring system consisting of 95 piezometers placed to control the water table of the Nera Montoro industrial site, for a total treatment of 50m3/h.
2.Treatment of industrial liquid waste (TRL). This is the new section dedicated to the treatment of liquid waste with a capacity of 58,000 t/year that includes two process lines: (a) biological treatment with activated sludge for the removal of nitrites, nitrates and ammoniacal nitrogen; and (b) chemical-physical treatment by flotation or evaporation, with two three-stage vacuum evaporators (2,500 litres/hour each) for the purification of water with the highest concentration of pollutants.
he competitive environment
The Purify plant platform operates in an area with high demand for the treatment of industrial liquid waste. Addressing a supra-regional context, it can provide the ideal answer for those companies that place the enhancement and correct treatment of environmental resources as a target of their activities.
As regards Umbria alone - a region where no similar treatment plant exists - an analysis of the companies' MUDs shows that demand for liquid waste treatment exceeds twice the authorised capacity of Purify.
The plants operating in the neighbouring regions of Lazio, Tuscany, Marche and Abruzzo are not equipped with all the process lines of the Purify platform.
The catchment area, also in consideration of the proximity of the highway exit, can extend up to a distance of 300-400 km, especially towards the south, filling a substantial plant gap in this sector of central-southern Italy.
