▶Status:
-KBR was contracted for the review of amended FEED & open-book estimate for a LSTK EPC contract on 2/4/2019.
-KBR is expected to carry out the work within an 11-month period.
-Honeywell was already awarded an EPC contract for DCS, SIS, Fire Gas System, OTS on 2/8/2016.
-Pieridae expects to commence construction in 2019, with plans to ship first gas to meet the expected global LNG shortfall in 2023/2024.

캐나다의 피에리대 에너지(Pieridae Energy)가 발주하는 골드보로(Goldbro) LNG터미널 프로젝트를 미국의 KBR이 지난 4월 2일 수주했다.

이번 KBR의 계약 범위에는 수정된 FEED를 검토하고, EPC를 럼섬방식으로 수행하기 위한 오픈북 견적 서비스가 포함되어 있으며 기간은 11개월이다.

이 프로젝트는 연산 1천만 톤의 LNG액화플랜트와 기당 23만 입방미터의 LNG탱크 3기, 부두 및 적하시설, 발전소 등을 노바 스코샤(Nova Scotia) 주의 골드보로 산업단지에 건설하는 100억 달러의 사업이다.

발주처는 2019년 중으로 건설공사를 시작하여 전세계적으로 LNG부족이 에상되는 2023/2024년경에 1차 선적을 시작할 계획이다.
