[독일] 펜테어, 브루어스 막여과(BMF)용 IoT 솔루션 발표
독일의 펜테어(Pentair)는 맥주 제조업체가 양조 중에 중요한 공정 성능 데이터를 지속적으로 모니터링 하여 운영 효율성을 극대화하고 맥주 품질을 최적화 할 수 있는 맥주 막여과(BMF) 시스템용 IoT(Internet of Things) 서비스 솔루션을 발표했다.
BMF IoT 서비스 솔루션은 양조업자에게 사용자 정의 가능한 대시 보드를 제공하여 관련 공정 매개 변수를 확인토록 한다. 이를 통해 운영자는 실시간으로 조정을 수행하고 맥주 생산 실행을 연장하며 운영 및 업스트림 비용을 절감 할 수 있다.
브루어스 및 음료 생산업체는 독일 뉘른베르크에서 11월 13일부터 15일까지 열리는 전체 음료 생산 공정 체인에 대한 국제 박람회인 ‘Brau Beviale 2018’에서 Pentair의 IoT 서비스 솔루션에 대한 실연을 하고 있다.
Pentair는 고객이 물과 액체를 개선하고 이동하도록 돕는 것을 목표로 하는 스마트하고 지속 가능한 솔루션을 선보이고 있다. 여기에는 식품 및 음료 처리업체가 물을 재사용하거나 환경으로 안전하게 되돌려 보내고 귀중한 부산물을 회수할 수 있게 해주는 회사의 고급 멤브레인 기술 및 호기성 및 혐기성 생물 반응기(MBR) 시스템이 포함된다.
또한, 펜테어 수드모(Pentair Sudmo)는 새로운 SVP Basic Valve Range를 소개하고 양조업자 및 음료 생산자를 위해 이산화탄소(CO2) 회수 시스템을 전시되었다. CO2 mpact Brew 회수 시스템은 공예 및 소규모 양조장이 발효 공정에서 자체 CO2를 재사용 할 수 있게 하며, ECO2 Brew는 대형 양조장에서 물을 사용하지 않는 CO2 회수를 제공한다.

Pentair introduces IoT solution for brewers
Pentair has announced the introduction of its internet of things (IoT) service solution for Beer Membrane Filtration (BMF) systems, which allows brewers to continuously monitor critical process performance data during brewing to maximise operational efficiencies and optimise beer quality.
The BMF IoT service solution provides brewers with a customisable dashboard to view relevant process parameters. This enables operators to make adjustments in real time, extend beer production runs, and lower operating and upstream costs.
Brewers and beverage producers will have the opportunity to see live demonstrations of Pentair’s IoT service solution at BrauBeviale 2018, an international trade fair for the entire beverage production process chain which is taking place from 13-15 Novemfber in Nuremberg, Germany.
Pentair is also showcasing its smart and sustainable solutions aimed at helping customers improve and move water and fluids. These include the company’s advanced membrane technologies and aerobic and anaerobic bioreactor (MBR) systems which allow food and beverage processors to efficiently treat water for reuse or the safer return to the environment, and recovery of valuable byproducts.
In addition, Pentair Sudmo is introducing its new SVP Basic Valve Range and exhibiting its Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Recovery Systems for brewers and beverage producers. The CO2mpactBrew recovery system enables craft and small breweries to reuse their own CO2 from the fermentation process while the ECO2Brew offers water-free CO2 recovery for larger breweries.
